I have read that the road up to the observatory closes at 6pm. Has anyone gone up there after 6pm? How long is the hike up? Is it an easy hike? We will be travelling with 2 kids so it's a must to know if the hike would be ok for them.

Has anyone taken the tours by earth and sky? Is it well worth the price?
