I have the same kind of interest in gaining a lot from the travel experiences of others. So far the travel forums have proved quite important for me in letting me know about the most favorable destinations to be traveled in the best of budget.
Since you have mentioned about one of the interesting places here please follow it up with additional details about the expenses we can expect to incur and the accommodation rates there. As a lot of expenditure is involved in these aspects these are required to be known in priority.

Greetings
Hi,Te Aroha is famous for having the world’s only hot soda-water geyser and associated springs. Prior to the European colonisation of the area, it was a place highly valued by the local Maori, not only for the waters but for its spiritual significance, as they do today. They would soak in the hot waters to obtain relief from aches and pains as well as allowing the soothing waters to bring freedom of movement from battle-weary or injured limbs and muscles.Te Aroha means “Love”. For centuries the waters that flow forth from the breast of Mount Te Aroha have nurtured our people. For more information visit this site Te Aroha hot pools

The name 'Te Aroha' comes from the Māori word Aroha, where legend has it that Rāhiri climbed the mountain and saw his homeland in the distance and felt a sense of love (aroha) for it. The name is often rendered in English as 'place of love'.

Probably the most flexible method. A car will take you wherever you want to go, whenever you want to go there. It doesn't matter where you are in New Zealand, the coast is never far away. Because of it's size, New Zealand (unlike Australia) is very accessible very quickly and with a little bit of planning and a half-decent route you'll find you can see a whole load of stuff in quite a small time-frame.

If you're on a very limited time-frame you may want to consider hiring a car. There'll be plenty of opportunities to do this from the airport or from wherever you are staying. You will never be lost for information or help in New Zealand! If you're not there yet and wanted to plan ahead, here are a few popular operators to get you started:

You can book New Zealand Coach Tours, they arrange tours daily from Auckland to Christchurch. You will have fun experience of a lifetime with them.

Auckland has something for everyone — the adventurous, the sophisticated, the young, and the young at heart. From 24-hour casinos and live theater to cinema, clubs, pubs, bars, and dance spots, you can party all the way to breakfast time.

The Performing Arts

The Edge, is the cultural core of Auckland City. Located in the central area bordered by Mayoral Drive and Albert, Wellesley, and Queen streets, it includes the modern Aotea Centre, the impressive Auckland Town Hall, and the Civic Theatre, which has undergone a NZ$40 million (US$22 million) refurbishment. Another new feature is the Force Development, which includes a 13-screen Village Force Complex, an IMAX cinema, a Planet Hollywood, and a host of stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars.

The Live Music Scene

Pick up the free Auckland What’s On guide from the visitor center for the latest on the music scene. You’ll find jazz and rhythm-and-blues gigs at places such as London Bar, Wellesley and Queen streets ; Deschlers, High Street , which is popular with the 20- to 30-something after-work crowds; and Gables Tavern, at Jervois Road and Kelmarna Avenue, Herne Bay . The Alto Casino & Bar at Skycity also has live jazz performances .

The Club & Bar Scene

If you want a night with the work-hard, play-hard business crowd, head for Parnell; although these days, the older, richer devil-may-care types are flocking to Viaduct Harbour and its many nighttime haunts. The younger, funky black-clothed set hangs out in High Street/Vulcan Lane in the inner city; most of the all-night clubs, drag queens, and gay bars are along Karangahape Road; and Ponsonby is a favored upmarket place for drinks, dinner, and a general wind-up before hitting the club scene.

Placing Your Bets: A Night at the Casino

Auckland’s Sky City Casinos, Victoria and Federal streets in NZ , receive over 12,000 visitors per day! The Sky City Casino is the largest in New Zealand, operating 24 hours a day. This vast expanse of 88 gaming tables (blackjack, roulette, craps, Caribbean stud poker, baccarat, tai sai, pai gow, and money wheel), an 80-seat keno lounge, and more than 1,200 slot machines is not the most stimulating of environments — unless you’re keen to try your luck. Everyone is so earnest and intent, as well they might be, given the amount of money changing hands. Still, it’s worth a look if nothing else. The much more upmarket Alto Casino & Bar, on the third level, is also much more stylish. It’s more intimate and has live music with a strict dress code (jackets for men; jeans, shorts, active sportswear, and sports shoes not permitted). It opens at 4pm and continues through the night. The Sky City Members Club is a more exclusive, invitation-only gaming room.

You may not be interested in gambling, but I think a visit to Sky City is essential at some part of your visit to Auckland. The casinos, in fact, are not the only aspect of this multifaceted complex. There are several excellent restaurants, the Sky Tower, the Sky City Theatre complex, and one of the best contemporary New Zealand art collections in the country. The casinos are open 24 hours a day, every day.

Hi Ryan,

Mix and match is basically a better version of the orgininal houseoftravel.co.nz as it allowed the search machine now to look for better and cheaper rates with different airlines. So if you want to go from akl to chc you can go with air nz, if this is the cheapest option, and go back with easy jet!

Kind regards,

Hello
My boyfriend and I are traveling to New Zealand from the Canary Islands, Spain in March for two months.
We are looking to hire a car for the duration to explore both the North and South islands at our own pace.
We arrive into Auckland airport and depart from Christchurch. Are there any recommendations as to a reasonably priced car hire company that we can use? preferably one who also offer the hire of camping equipment so that we don´t have to bring all of that sort of stuff with us?
Thanks :-)
